What products can I purchase?
In our Miami store, you will find:

How long does shipping take within the USA?
All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Miami, FL.
- Delivery takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on the destination state.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE Shipping: On orders over $300 within the contiguous United States.
Orders under $300: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.
Local Pickup: We offer a Free In-Store Pickup option at our Miami location.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals and tags intact.
How do I process a return?
To start a return, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with the next steps. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Can I exchange clothing or shoe sizes?
Absolutely! We want you to have the perfect fit. The first size exchange is free for customers within Florida (subject to stock availability). For the rest of the USA, a flat-rate shipping fee will apply for the exchange.
Which products are non-returnable?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on: underwear, hats, bandanas, wristbands, socks, or opened cans of balls/sprays.
What warranty do the products have?
All products sold by Padelpoint Miami carry the official manufacturer's warranty (typically 6 months to 1 year in the US) against manufacturing defects. If you suspect your paddle is defective, contact us with photos and your order number to start an evaluation with the brand.
